Automated analytical system

This complex is specially designed and tested for control of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans in oil and has no analogues. The complex is based on-line analyzer of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans in petroleum. H2S and mercaptans analysis involves extracting the sample of oil, analysis of gas phase by specially designed vapor phase probe. Calculation of hydrogen sulfide, methylmercaptan and ethylmercaptan in the crude oil is based on their content in the gas phase.
